· Every resident is expected to maintain good behavior, discipline, and respect towards fellow
residents, staff, and management.
· Use of abusive language,
quarrels, or any disruptive activity is strictly prohibited.
· Residents must keep noise levels low to avoid
disturbing others, especially during study and rest hours.
· Respect others’ privacy and personal space at
all times.
🕒 2. Timings and Attendance
· The
entry and exit timing for all
residents must be strictly followed. The usual hostel closing time is 10:00 PM unless otherwise approved by management.
· Late
entry is allowed only with prior permission from the warden
or management.
· Every
resident must mark daily attendance or report absence to the warden in advance.
🔐 3. Security and Safety
· The
hostel is under 24/7 security and CCTV surveillance
for the safety of all residents.
· Outsiders
or visitors are not allowed inside the rooms.
Meetings with family members are permitted only in the visitor’s
lounge during designated hours.
· Residents
must lock their rooms and secure their belongings
when leaving the premises. The management is not responsible for loss or theft
of personal items.
· Possession
of alcohol, drugs, or any illegal substance
is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate expulsion.

· Residents
are responsible for keeping their rooms clean and organized.
· Littering
or damaging hostel property will lead to penalties or fines.
· Any
maintenance issues should be reported promptly to the warden.
· Laundry
facilities must be used responsibly and kept clean after use.
🍽️ 5. Food and Dining Rules
· The
mess area is to be used during fixed
meal timings only.
· Wastage of food should be avoided.
· Residents
are not allowed to cook in rooms for safety reasons.

- Unnecessary
use of electricity (such as keeping lights, fans, or heaters on while away) is
prohibited.
- The use of electric stoves, irons, or high-voltage devices inside rooms is not allowed.
- Wi-Fi is provided for educational and professional use; misuse of the internet for illegal or inappropriate activities is strictly banned.

· Smoking,
gambling, fighting, or any kind of harassment will not be tolerated.
